Order Cancellation Policy (UAE & GCC)

  • Orders can't be cancelled for any reason.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Exceptional Cancellations:

In rare and exceptional cases where cancellation is approved:

  • The customer will be responsible for all payment transfer and processing fees.

  • Any fees charged by banks or payment providers are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy (UAE & GCC)

We do not offer exchanges except in cases where the item arrives damaged.

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Any missing items, signs of use, or damage may result in additional fees or rejection of the exchange.

  • All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by our team.

Non‑Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Used or altered items.

  • Items marked as “No Exchange / No Return” in the product description.

  • Items that are delivered in perfect condition with no damage.

  • Orders where the product description was not reviewed carefully prior to purchase.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours so we can assess the issue and assist you accordingly.
