All products sold on our website are 100% authentic. Most items are limited-edition gifts or promotional items originally provided by luxury brands to loyal customers. We do not claim any partnership with the brands, and product availability may vary.

3. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive to ensure accuracy, errors in product listings or pricing may occur and we reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect pricing.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping

We offer shipping within the UAE and across GCC countries. Estimated delivery times are listed on the product pages but may vary depending on courier and customs processes. MakeupProductAE is not liable for delays caused by external shipping providers.

6. Returns and Replacements

We do not offer returns.
Exchanges are only accepted in case of product damage. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with clear images of the issue.
The item must be unused, in its original condition with all packaging and extras.
If accepted, replacement will be processed, or a partial refund may be issued (excluding shipping and handling fees).
We reserve the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet our policy.

7. Cancellations

Orders can't be cancelled for any reason.
Once shipped (UAE or GCC), no cancellation is allowed.
If the order is exceptionally cancelled after processing but before shipping, the customer will bear any transfer fees, and will only receive a refund for the product and shipping value.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from product misuse, delivery delays, or inaccuracies in reading product description. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
