  • Delivery Time:
    Shipping times typically range between 5-8 working days.

  • Order Processing Time:
    All international orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 1-3 working days of order placement.

    • Tracking Number Availability:
      The tracking number will be shared with you via email within 1-3 working days after your order is shipped. This slight delay is due to coordination with our local shipping partner and the international courier.

    • Shipment Updates:
      Once you receive your tracking number, you can monitor the progress of your shipment directly through the courier's tracking system.

  • Customs and Import Duties:
    Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import duties in their respective countries.

  • Damaged Orders:
    Makeup Products AE for Trading is not liable for any lost or damaged products once they are handed over to the shipping company.
